Hi, I'm Taylor.

I’m a multidisciplinary artist and Ph.D. Student, Paul F. Lazarsfeld Fellow, and Provost Diversity Fellow in the Department of Sociology at Columbia University.

Prior to research, previous chapters of my career include full-time jobs or internships in tech, finance, law, and healthcare; various multi-year stints as a photographer, DJ, music producer, or contributing writer; and a two-year career-break as a full-time traveler and freelancer. All these experiences have led me to where I am today: across my research and artwork, I use a variety of methods to understand the social dynamics that lead to innovation and/or inequality.
